SSID

SSID (Service Set Identifier) is the name identifying a Wi-Fi network, up to 32 characters. Wi-Fi QR codes store SSID, password, and encryption type (WPA/WPA2/WPA3), enabling automatic connection without manual password entry.

Hiding SSID (stealth mode) doesn't provide real security since it can be discovered through traffic analysis. Strong passwords and WPA3 encryption are the proper security measures.
