Store Scan Method

The store scan method is a QR code payment approach where customers display a QR code (barcode) in their payment app, and the store's register terminal reads it to process payment.

Primarily used at convenience stores and supermarkets with register terminals. Since the store side reads the code, payment amount entry errors are less likely and processing is fast. The counterpart is the "user scan method (CPM)" where customers scan the store's QR code.
