QR Code Attendance

QR code attendance is a system where participants present a QR code at event, seminar, or class check-in, and scanning it automatically records their attendance. It eliminates the need for paper checklists and significantly reduces check-in congestion.

The typical workflow involves issuing a unique QR code for each participant in advance and sending it via email. On the day, reception staff simply scan with a smartphone or tablet, and the participant's name and arrival time are automatically recorded in a spreadsheet or database.
