Micro QR Code

Micro QR Code is a compact version of the QR code developed by Denso Wave. While standard QR codes have three finder patterns, Micro QR codes have only one, allowing smaller overall code size for the same data volume.

Maximum data capacity is 35 numeric or 21 alphanumeric characters, less than standard QR codes, but it is used where printing space is limited, such as electronic component boards and small labels. It is standardized in ISO/IEC 18004.
