Frame QR Code

Frame QR is a QR code variant developed by Denso Wave that features a "canvas" area in the center of the code. Illustrations, photos, text, and logos can be freely placed in this area, offering greater design freedom than standard logo QR codes.

While logo QR codes overlay logos using error correction headroom, Frame QR codes have the canvas area reserved by specification, so scanning accuracy is not compromised. They are used in advertising, package design, and art where visual impact is important.
